Nook's Cranny (Starter Store)

• It is open between 8:00am-10:00pm.
• It sells 10 items a day.
• You need to spend or sell 25,000 bells or more to upgrade to Nook 'n' Go.

Nook 'n' Go

• It is open between 7:00am-11:00pm.
• It sells 15 items a day.
• You need to spend or sell 65,000 bells or more to upgrade to Nookway.

Nookway

• It is open between 8:00am-10:00pm.
• It sells 24 items a day.
• You (and a player from another town) need to spend or sell 150,000 bells or more to upgrade to Nookington's.

Nookington's (last expansion)

• It is open between 9:00am-10:00pm.
• It sells 38 items a day.
• You can not expand the store anymore.

Expanding Your House

First Floor (Starter House)

• It is 4 by 4 spaces.
• You need 18,400 Bells to pay off your debt (after working for Nook).

First expansion

• It is 6 by 6 spaces.
• You need 148,000 Bells to pay off your debt.

The 2nd expansion and Basement you can choose which you want to do first, so be careful when talking to Nook. Don't worry the one you don't choose the first time will be your next expansion.

Basement

• It is 8 by 8 spaces and can never be expanded.
• You cannot change the wallpaper or carpet.
• This floor does not count towards HRA ratings.
• You need 49,800 Bells Bells to pay off your debt.

Second expansion

• It is 8 by 8 spaces.
• You need 398,000 Bells to pay off your debt.

Second floor (last expansion)

• It is 6 by 6 spaces and can never be expanded..
• You need 798,000 Bells to pay off your debt.

The total cost of your house is 1,410,800 Bells, but once you have all the expansions paid for you will get a nice statue made in your honor for all to see.
